Recurso de súplica contra el auto del 8 de julio de 2010, proferido por el Magistrado LUIS ERNESTO VARGAS SILVA, mediante el cual se confirmó el rechazo de la acción pública de constitucionalidad, de la referencia.
La Sala concluye que la acción pública estuvo bien rechazada ya que el demandante, planteó una crítica que no es clara en términos idiomáticos y la argumentación no es pertinente ni suficiente, por lo tanto se procede a confirmar el fallo recurrido.
